We want you to be delighted with every purchase, if you are
unhappy with any CRAFTEE
product, Except ones specially made for you such as Card Blanks, Aperture Cards and Card Kits,
you may return it for Refund or Exchange, within 5 days of receipt
of your order, subject to the following terms:-
1) Products returned must
be unopened, in original packaging and in re-salable condition.
2) Any Items returned which are not in re-salable condition, will
NOT be refunded.
3) Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4) In the case of an Exchange there will be an additional charge
to cover the cost of re-posting the Order.
5) In the case of products specially made for you, such as Card Blanks and Card Kits, these are EXCLUDED from our returns policy and cannot be returned for Refund, Exchange or Credit.
will refund the full value of the product and the outward postage if -
1) The product arrived damaged.
2) The wrong product was shipped as a result of our error.
3) The product was not as described.
1) If you wish to return any goods received, you must e-mail us
within 7 days of receipt of the Goods.
2) When we understand your requirements we will issue a Returns
Authorisation Number (RAN), the goods may then be returned us.
3) Carefully re-pack the Items and include the original packing
4) Mark the Outside of the Packet with your RAN number.
5) Post the Packet to the address below.
6) We recommend you obtain a certificate of posting, as we cannot
accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in the post.
7) Returned goods must be received by us within 14 days.

If the Returns Procedure above
is not followed, no refunds will be given.
